EKU Sociology will be hosting its first annual Social Science Undergraduate Research Symposium on April 18. The event is located in the EKU library and runs from 830 to noon. The event is free to the public. Proof of attendance will be provided.

The theme for this year's event is "Reclaiming our Appalachian Region". The symposium includes papers on many pressing topics in the region and nation. The draft program is available here. Subsequent updates to the program will be list here, as well, with the final program being listed on Wednesday.

We've also collected some maps here that will help guide you around the symposium's rooms. For those new to campus, we've also included maps of campus and pay parking.

Please contact Dr. Alison Buck or Dr. James Maples with questions!
