Tamera Crutcher receives Bourbon County Boys & Girls Fund Scholarship
Congratulations to star SOC student Tamera Crutcher who just received the Bourbon County Boys & Girls Fund Scholarship for the third year in a row!
The Bourbon County Boys & Girls Fund Scholarship was established to help assist Bourbon County High School and Paris High School graduates in their pursuit of higher education.
During the spring 2019 semester, Tamera was second runner-up in the "SOC 232 Best Student Statistics Paper" and because of her excellent work in social statistics, she has been recruited to be a member / tutor on the "SOC 232 Support Squad" for the fall 2019 semester.
In addition to being a sociology major, Tamera is part of the Honor's Program. She is also engaged in several other organizations around campus and participates in a lot of community service in her hometown to give back to her community.
