Sociology has a thriving job market ranging from social analytics to creating social change right here in the Commonwealth. Our sociology faculty are experts in their field who bring their knowledge into the classroom to provide students hands-on experience in research. Our internship program and job preparations course (Soc 470) help ensure students are ready for the job or graduate school market.
